📌 Any special Requests (Before work order confirmation).
💡 Notes :
★ During service, if any abnormalities or new issues are found, the engineer will inform you.
★ If any Replacement parts are needed, you can purchase them from your nearest shop or from "PC MISTRI" with a delivery charge.
★ Only Diagnosis the problem without repair, diagnosis charge is ৳ 1000 each PC.
❌ A service cancellation charge of ৳ 500-1000 TK will be applied depending upon distance and situations.
📍 We require support from the customer's end, including a convenient place for PC cleaning, an Electric connection, and an internet connection if needed.
🕓 Support time :
For General work order, provide support within 4 hours after confirmation with regular service charge only.
🚨 Emergency Support : Support time within 2 hours, 200 TK will added with regular Service Charge.
